Evaporation Drip Tray for PTC Cartridge Heaters

Predominantly in industrial coolers and bottle coolers, when water formed during the defrost cycle cannot be drained, it must be collected in a drip tray and disposed of through evaporation. You can use one of our evaporation drip tray options, designed to suit the dimensions of your product, to collect this water.

The water collected in the evaporator drip tray can be evaporated using the Italian-made Sedes PTC cartridge heating elements . The PTC cartridge heating element is self-regulating, eliminating the need for additional systems such as sensors, floats, or switches to measure the liquid level in the drip tray. Its ease of installation and lack of additional system requirements provide a cost advantage.

PTC cartridge heating element reaches maximum power at low temperatures and automatically reduces its power as the temperature increases, ensuring energy efficiency.
