Etched Foil Silicon Bain Marie Heaters

Italian Sedes flexible silicon etched foil heating elements are applied by gluing under the gastronorm containers of hot service bain marie units. Products are self-adhesive. Since the product covers the entire area where it is applied the heat is evenly transmitted to the entire surface. 

Some problems experienced in tubular heating elements used in traditional products (the tubular heater in water may burst due to excessive calcification, etc., water leakage through the holes in the bain marie units) are not experienced thanks to this new application. Since the product is applied under the gastronorm container, it does not come into contact with water. Care should be taken not to operate the units where the products are applied without water.

Safety thermostats, limiters, sensors, NTC Probes, PT100 probe pockets can be applied if required by the customers.
