PTC- Self Regulating Cartridge Heaters

Italian Sedes brand PTC self regulating cartridge heaters are mainly used in industrial coolers to ensure the evaporation of water formed in the system.  

These heaters have a ceramic PTC component. The main purpose of this component is to provide its self-regulating function. The product reaches the highest power at a low temperature and automatically reduces the power as the temperature increases. Thanks to its self-regulating system, there is no need to make additional temperature control. In this way, sensors, buoys, switches, etc. are not required to measure the liquid level in the drip trays. It provides a huge cost advantage because it is easy to assemble and does not require additional systems.
