Constant Power Heating Cable<\/h2>\n

Italian Sedes constant power heating cables produce constant power per meter, regardless of length. These heating cables, which can be produced at a power of between 10 W and 60 W per meter, can be used by cutting to the desired lengths. In this way, instead of keeping the product in stock of various lengths with the same power per meter, a single type of product can be stocked and inventory costs can be reduced.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It is used in petrochemical plants, oil pipelines, underfloor heating systems, cold rooms, roof gutters and similar applications to provide constant heat and to prevent freezing and snowing.<\/p>\n

Constant power heating cables can be used to solve condensation problems in industrial coolers and household coolers. In addition, it is a suitable solution to prevent freezing in drainage pipes, to prevent freezing of water formed at the moment of defrost.<\/p>\n

Thanks to silicon insulation, it is resistant to high temperature, water and humid environments.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It can be cut and used to the desired length according to the place to be used in the assembly. Our standard products have a port every 50 cm. Thanks to its special structure, only that 50 cm zone stops heating incase of short circuit at any point of the cable, other regions continue to operate. In this way, it allows the system to operate unaffected.<\/p>\n

The producst are supplied in rolls of 100 mts, 250 mts and 500 mts. If requested, the product can also be covered with metal braid in order to protect the cable from mechanical stress and improve its thermal distribution. It can act as well as grounding.<\/p>\n
